This article introduces the status quo of engineering and technology of foreign pipelines in permafrost regions , and puts forward the relative countermeasures for the construction of pipelines in the regions in allusion to the frost heaving and thaw settlement of country rock and soil along the pipeline route 摘要介绍了国内外冻土地区管道工程技术现状，针对冻土地区管道沿线和周围（岩）土的冻胀和融沉问题，提出了相应的对策。
In this paper , the calculating model for coupling function of water movement and heat conduction in subgrade is established based on the theory of continuum mechanics and the thermodynamics . the load function ’ s influence to frost heave is qualitative consideration in the model . the relationship of moisture content and temperature change with time and depth is calculated by use of matlab 本论文基于连续介质力学和热力学理论，建立了路基土的水分运移和热传导耦合模型，并定性的考虑荷载对冻胀性的影响，利用matlab数值计算软件，求解出了路基土在冻结过程中的含水量和温度在不同时间随深度的变化关系。
It was shown that salt expansion value of low liquid - limit clay was accumulated before the sixth freezing and thawing cycles , but the increment of salt expansion was reduced gradually with increasing cycles ; the salt expansion accumulation of low liquid - limit clay could be separated into three phases ; the deformation of clayey sand was mostly frost heave and subsidence under cycles , and collapsibility value of clayey sand was accumulated with increasing cycles ; the variation of salt expansion ratio and collapsibility ratio was a parabolic function of freezing and thawing cycles 试验结果表明：低液限粘土前五次冻融循环过程中盐胀具有较好累加性，随着冻融循环次数的增加，盐胀量增长速度逐渐降低；含砂低液限粘土的盐胀过程可以被分为三个阶段；粘土质砂在冻融循环过程中的变形主要为冻胀和沉降变形，具有较好的溶陷累加性；低液限粘土、含砂低液限粘土的盐胀率和粘土质砂的溶陷率与冻融周期之间的关系符合二次抛物线变化规律。

The numerical simulation indicate that it promote permafrost growth and accelerate the course of recover frozen greatly after fluting via natural convection dropping temperature effect , the top line of permafrost rises greatly , consequently enhance pile bearing capability and so do the capability for resisting frost heaving and thaw settlement 数值仿真分析的结果表明，桩身刻槽后，利用多孔介质自然对流降温效应，促进了冻土的发育，使桩的回冻时间大为缩短；冻土上限大幅度抬升，从而使得桩的承载力提高，抗冻胀融沉性能提高。
